MailFlex is located in West Des Moines, Iowa and was started in 2002. We started MailFlex because we found that there was a need and demand for a cost effective and more efficient method for monthly accounts receivable customer billing processes. Companies were tired of spending staff personal and hours to print, fold, stuff, postage, and mail their customer statements and invoices. In some cases, it was found that companies had multiple employees who were spending multiple days to complete this process.

So MailFlex formed a partnership with a local first-tier mail processor to be able to provide the highest quality services at the lowest possible prices. MailFlex currently has over 225 active customers and processes and mails over 4.9 Million statements a year, while additionally inserting around 1.5 Million pieces of promotional materials. In addition to the paper statements, MailFlex customers are also sending over 150,000 Online Statements via Email notification per year.

Because we process so many pieces for all of our customers, we receive bulk discounts on materials and postage, which we pass on to all of our clients. So whether a company sends less than 100 pieces a month or more than 1,000,000 we are going to be able to provide a very competitive price for all of our services.
