As you are aware Wednesday December 25th is Christmas day and Wednesday January 1st is New Year’s Day, and both days are recognized as a national holiday. MailFlex will be closed on Wednesday the 25th and Wednesday the 1st, and will be unavailable for any support. Our office will be open on the Tuesdays before and the Thursdays after both holidays, and available for support and processing as normal.

The MailFlex processing schedule leading up to Christmas day will be as follows:

All data received prior to 3:00 PM CST on Monday December 23^rd, will be processed and mailed on Tuesday December 24^th.

All data received after 3:00 PM CST on Monday December 23^rd, but prior to 3:00 PM CST on Tuesday December 24^th, will be processed and mailed on Thursday December 26^th.

All data received after 3:00 PM CST Tuesday December 24^th, but prior to 3:00 PM CST on Thursday December 26^th, will be processed and mailed on Friday December 27^th.

All data received after 3:00 PM CST on Thursday December 26^th, but prior to 3:00 PM CST on Friday December 27^th, will be processed and mailed on Monday December 30^th.

All data received after 3:00 PM CST on Friday December 27^th, will be processed and mailed on Tuesday December 31^st.

The MailFlex processing schedule leading up to New Year’s day will be as follows:

All data received prior to 3:00 PM CST on Monday December 30^th, will be processed and mailed on Tuesday December 31^st.

All data received after 3:00 PM CST on Monday December 30^th, but prior to 3:00 PM CST on Tuesday December 31^st, will be processed and mailed on Thursday January 2^nd.

All data received after 3:00 PM CST Tuesday December 31^st, but prior to 3:00 PM CST on Thursday January 2^nd, will be processed and mailed on Friday January 3^rd.

All data received after 3:00 PM CST on Thursday January 2^nd, but prior to 3:00 PM CST on Friday January 3^rd, will be processed and mailed on Monday January 6^th.

All data received after 3:00 PM CST on Friday January 3^rd, will be processed and mailed on Tuesday January 7^th.
